Who Owns Mohawk Commons?
The land where Mohawk Commons stands has changed owners a few times. In June 2000, the property was bought by Myron M. Hunt and Benderson Development Co. They are from Buffalo, New York. At that time, the old Mohawk Mall was mostly empty.
Later, in 2004, a company called Developers Diversified Realty bought the center. This company was buying many shopping centers across the United States.
In 2016, a group of companies bought Mohawk Commons. This group included DLC Management Corporation and DRA Advisors LLC. They bought 16 shopping centers together. Then, in December 2016, DLC Management Corp. became the full owner of Mohawk Commons.
