Photography and Art
A big part of Moses Hacmon's work is studying water. He looks at what water is made of and how it moves. This led him to create a special photography method called Faces of Water.
Moses Hacmon was inspired by how water moves. He uses a special film technology to capture water's hidden forms. A writer from Wired magazine explained that Hacmon's method uses a film with a liquid layer. This layer helps to record the actual movement of the water.
Moses Hacmon describes Faces of Water as "part art, part science, part spiritual awakening." This means it mixes creativity, scientific understanding, and a deeper meaning. His Faces of Water art show was first displayed in 2013. It was shown in the Arts District in Downtown Los Angeles.
