The show was filmed in Bridgeport, Connecticut. It focused on Margaret "Muggsy" Malloy, played by Sarah MacDonnell. Muggsy lived with her older brother, Nick, who was a cab driver.
Their home was quite unusual! They lived in a truck that had been turned into an apartment. This truck was parked behind a gas station.
