His Journey in Make-up
Napoleon Perdis began his career doing make-up for weddings. In 1992, he opened his first make-up studio. It was in a small shop in Leichhardt, Sydney.
In 1993, he won a make-up contest. His winning look was inspired by the singer Cher. He won a trip to Los Angeles. There, he met Cher's make-up artist. Perdis agreed to sell his "Taut" make-up products in Australia.

In 2013, Napoleon Perdis started selling his products at Myer. This was a new department store partner. Before that, he had an exclusive deal with David Jones.
