Narciso Fernández de Heredia y Begines de los Ríos (1775–1847) was an important Spanish nobleman, politician, and diplomat. He held many high-ranking jobs in Spain. One of his most important roles was serving as the Prime Minister of Spain. He was also the Minister of State, which is like a foreign minister today. He held these positions from December 16, 1837, to September 6, 1838, during the time of Queen Isabella II.

He was known as the Count of Ofalia because of his marriage. He also held other titles like the 2nd Count of Heredia-Spínola and the 1st Marquess of Heredia. These titles showed his high social standing.

Narciso Heredia was married twice. His first marriage was in 1803 to María de la Soledad Pontejos y Cerviño. They had two daughters together. Later, in 1820, he married María Dolores de Salabert. She was the 4th Countess of Ofalia, which is how he became known by that title.
