Lyndon B. Johnson National Historical Park

Round Mountain Stage-Coach Inn and Stable

The Round Mountain Stage-Coach Inn and Stable is another historic site. It is located off U.S. Highway 281 near Round Mountain. This old inn and stable were important stops for stagecoaches long ago. Stagecoaches were like old buses. They carried people and mail across the country. This site was added to the National Register on March 31, 1978.
