This historic district is located near I-84, east of its junction with US-89, in Weber Canyon. It was added to the National Register on April 20, 1989. A hydroelectric power plant uses the power of moving water to create electricity. This district shows how people used natural resources to bring power to homes and businesses a long time ago. It's a great example of early engineering!

Daniel Heiner House
