  • The American Apartment Building was built in 1911. This five-story building is made of brick and concrete. It's also known as the American Ballparc Condominium today.
  • The Belle Court Apartments is another historic apartment building.

  • The First Regiment Armory Annex was built in 1888. It was originally used by the National Guard for training, especially after some anti-Chinese riots on the West Coast. Over time, it became a cultural center, hosting operas, early movies, political events, and concerts. It was empty for many years but reopened as a theater in 2006.
