Neeraj Roy was born on August 13, 1967. He is a well-known businessman from India. He is the Managing Director and CEO of Hungama Digital Media Entertainment. This company owns popular platforms like Hungama.com and Bollywood Hungama. He also leads ArtistAloud.com.

Thanks to his leadership, Hungama has become the biggest digital and mobile entertainment company in South Asia. He is also the chairman of the Mobile Entertainment Forum's board in Asia. People around the world have recognized his work. He was even named one of the '50 Most Influential People in Mobile Entertainment' globally.

Neeraj Roy has received several awards for his achievements. In 2001, he won the Sun Microsystems-Economic Times Young Leader award. Business India magazine also chose him as one of 25 young leaders for the new millennium. In 2016, he became the president of the Indian Chapter of the International Advertising Association (IAA). Neeraj Roy's Early Life and Education

Neeraj Roy grew up in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. His father started a famous snack bar there called El Chico. When Neeraj was eight, he went to a boarding school called St. Joseph's College in Allahabad. He finished his schooling there.

Later, he went to Allahabad University and was the top student in his class. In 1988, he moved to Mumbai to study for his MBA. He attended the Sydenham Institute of Management Studies (SIMSREE). From his early days in business school, Neeraj Roy dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur. This means he wanted to start his own businesses.
