Nestor Omar Piccoli (born January 20, 1965) is a former Argentine football player. He played as a striker, scoring many goals for his teams.
Nestor Piccoli made a name for himself in Japan. He was the very first top scorer in Japan's third-tier football league. He scored 18 goals while playing for a team called Chuo Bohan. This team later became Avispa Fukuoka.
He moved with his team from Fujieda to Fukuoka. Nestor retired from playing football after his team was promoted to Japan's top division.
Life After Playing
After his playing career ended, Piccoli became a football coach. He worked as an assistant coach for Julio César Falcioni. This was at the famous club Boca Juniors in Argentina. He also managed Avispa Fukuoka in Japan from 2000 to 2001.
