Nicolae "Nae" Tilihoi (born December 9, 1956 – died March 25, 2018) was a famous Romanian football player. He played as a defender, which means his job was to stop the other team from scoring goals.

He spent most of his career with Universitatea Craiova. There, he was a very important part of a special team. This team was known as Craiova Maxima, meaning "Greatest Craiova". People often called Tilihoi "the Iron Guard of Craiova" because he was so strong in defense.

Tilihoi also played ten games for the Romanian national team between 1979 and 1981.
