Nikki Dinki, born on May 11, 1983, is an American cook, cookbook writer, and blogger. She became well-known after appearing on the TV show Food Network Star. She was also a co-host on the Cooking Channel series Junk Food Flip. This show was on TV from 2014 to 2016.

Her Journey on Food Network
In May 2013, Nikki Dinki was chosen to be a contestant on the ninth season of the Food Network series Food Network Star. During the show, she often talked about her "meat-on-the-side" idea. This means she mostly eats vegetables but sometimes adds a little meat. Nikki finished in fifth place on the show.
Co-hosting Junk Food Flip
In August 2014, Nikki Dinki filmed a test episode for a new show on Cooking Channel. The show was called Junk Food Flip. In April 2015, it was announced that the show would become a full series. Another chef, Bobby Deen, joined her as a co-host. The first episode of Junk Food Flip aired on June 2, 2015.

Nikki Dinki is married to Evan, who is a lawyer. They got married in 2010. In 2013, Nikki shared that she was expecting a baby girl. Sadly, her daughter, Willa, was born stillborn. Nikki created a special recipe called Willa's Lemonade Cheesecakes to remember her daughter.
In January 2016, it was reported that Nikki was expecting her second child. She announced in March 2016 that it would be another girl. Her daughter, Ivy, was born in May 2016.
