Nobuyuki Abe (阿部 伸行, Abe Nobuyuki, born 27 April 1984) is a Japanese former professional footballer. He played as a goalkeeper, which means he was the player who protects the goal. His job was to stop the other team from scoring.

Nobuyuki Abe's Football Journey
Nobuyuki Abe started his football career in youth teams. From 2000 to 2002, he played for the FC Tokyo U18 team. Later, from 2005 to 2006, he was part of the Ryutsu Keizai University team.
Playing for Professional Clubs
Abe became a professional player in 2007. He joined FC Tokyo, one of Japan's top football clubs. He stayed with them until 2010.
After that, he moved to Shonan Bellmare in 2011. He played there for four years, until 2014. During his time at Shonan Bellmare, he played in 50 matches.
In 2015, Abe joined Giravanz Kitakyushu. He played 48 games for this team over two seasons. From 2017 to 2020, he played for Nagano Parceiro, where he appeared in 58 matches.
He returned to FC Tokyo for a short time in 2021. His last professional club was Iwate Grulla Morioka in 2022. Throughout his career, he played a total of 157 matches as a goalkeeper.
Winning the J.League Cup
One of the highlights of Nobuyuki Abe's career was winning the J.League Cup in 2009. He achieved this victory with his first professional club, FC Tokyo. The J.League Cup is an important football competition in Japan.
