Omaheke is a special area, or region, located in the country of Namibia in southern Africa. It's known for being home to part of the famous Kalahari Desert. The main city and capital of the Omaheke Region is Gobabis.

The Omaheke Region is led by a person called a Governor. A Governor is like the main leader or manager for a region. They help make important decisions and oversee how the region is run. Since 2020, the Governor of Omaheke has been Pijoo Nganate.
