Early Life and Art
Paige Bradley was born in 1974. She has shared that she started drawing as soon as she could remember. By the time she was seventeen, she was already casting her art into bronze. She studied art at several well-known schools, including Pepperdine University, the Florence Academy of Art, and the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts.
Her Career as a Sculptor
Paige Bradley began her professional career helping to create a large monument for the Atlanta Olympic Games in 1995. By 2001, she was recognized as a professional sculptor by important art groups like the National Sculpture Society.
By 2006, her sculptures were shown in many art galleries. She also started teaching advanced workshops to other artists and was asked to create art for public spaces and private collectors. Even before she turned 30, many art collectors from around the world were interested in her work.
In 2006, a group called the Ballet International Foundation asked her to create a special bronze award. This award is given out every year at big international ballet competitions.
The Expansion Sculpture
In 2004, Paige Bradley started making a series of bronze sculptures that glowed with light. Her sculpture Expansion was the first in this series.
