Pamela Jean Scheunemann Chenevert, born on October 25, 1955, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is an American writer. She is famous for her "Cool Crafts" picture books. Pamela also helped start the Minnesota Book Builders, a group for people who create books.

Pamela's Life and Career

Pamela Scheunemann finished high school in 1973. She then studied English at Minneapolis Community College. Later, she learned about design at the Minneapolis College of Art & Design.

In 1980, Pamela started working as a production manager for New Homes Magazine. She later became a vice president there. After 1988, she worked as a production manager for Meadowbrook Press and then for CompCare Publishers.

Pamela began writing children's books in 2000 with her "Blends Series." Since then, she has written almost 150 books for kids. These books are for students from first to sixth grade. Today, she works as an office and production manager, and a writer, for Mighty Media, inc. in Minneapolis. She has been with Mighty Media since 1993.
