What is Paramount Miami Worldcenter?
This huge building is a condominium tower. This means it has many apartments that people can buy and own. It's one of the tallest buildings in Miami.

Paramount Miami Worldcenter is famous for its many cool features. It has a special area called an "amenities deck." This deck is full of fun activities for residents.

Building History
The construction of Paramount Miami Worldcenter began in early March 2016. This big project cost about $500 million. It was built as part of the larger Miami Worldcenter development.
Design and Construction Milestones
The building was designed by a company called Elkus Manfredi. Other teams helped with the inside design and the outdoor areas.
By December 2017, the building was halfway finished. At this time, 70% of the apartments were already sold! People from over 48 different countries bought homes here.
The building reached its full height of 700 feet in August 2018. This important moment is called "topping out." To celebrate, over 50 flags were put on top of the building. Each flag showed a country where a buyer came from.
In July 2019, people started moving into the building. By then, 90% of the apartments were sold. Buyers came from 56 different countries around the world.
