Patak's is a popular brand in the United Kingdom. It makes many Indian-style food products. These include tasty curry pastes, sauces, and spices.

The company was started in 1957 by a husband and wife, Shanta Pathak and Lakshmishankar Pathak. They were entrepreneurs from India. The family came to Britain as refugees from Kenya. They arrived with very little money. In May 2007, a larger company called Associated British Foods bought Patak's for £200 million.
