Patryk Dudek (born June 20, 1992) is a famous Polish motorcycle speedway rider. He is a key member of the Polish national speedway team. Speedway is an exciting sport where riders race special motorcycles around an oval track.

Patryk Dudek's Speedway Journey
Patryk Dudek followed in his father's footsteps. His dad, Sławomir Dudek, was also a professional speedway rider. Patryk got his speedway license in 2008, ready to start his own racing career.
Early Success and Challenges
Patryk quickly showed his talent. He won the Team U-19 European Champion title twice, in 2009 and 2010. He also became the Individual Under-21 Polish Champion in 2009.
In 2014, Patryk faced a challenge when he tested positive for a substance after a race. He received a 12-month ban from international speedway competitions. He returned to racing in August 2015, ready to get back on track.
Rising to World Championship Fame
In September 2016, Patryk won the GP Challenge. This win earned him a permanent spot in the 2017 Speedway Grand Prix series. In 2017, he had an amazing debut season. He won a silver medal in the Speedway World Championship, becoming the most successful rookie in the history of the Speedway Grand Prix.
The 2018 season brought high hopes, but Patryk finished 9th in the 2018 Speedway Grand Prix. However, he did win the 2018 Speedway Grand Prix of Slovenia and secured his place for the 2019 Speedway Grand Prix, where he finished 8th.
Recent Years and Team Triumphs
After finishing 12th in the 2020 Speedway Grand Prix season, Patryk suffered a leg injury. This injury meant he missed the entire 2021 season. He made a strong comeback in 2022. He finished 7th in the Speedway World Championship, scoring 102 points in the 2022 Speedway Grand Prix season. This included a big win at the German Grand Prix.
Also in 2022, Patryk was part of the Polish team that won the very first European Team Speedway Championship. In July 2023, he helped the Polish team win the gold medal at the 2023 Speedway World Cup final.
In 2024, Patryk continued his success with the Polish team, winning the European Team Speedway Championship again. He also helped his Danish club, Slangerup, win the Danish Speedway League championship.
