A Prize-Winning Author
Pauline Fisk's book, Midnight Blue, was published in 1990. This exciting story won the Gold award from the Nestlé Smarties Book Prize. This prize was a big award given to excellent children's books in the UK. Winning it meant Midnight Blue was one of the best books of the year!
