Playing Career
Paulo Henrique started his football journey in Brazil. He played for well-known clubs like Internacional, Grêmio, and Portuguesa Desportos.
Later in his career, he moved to play in Asia. In 1999, he joined JEF United Ichihara in Japan. He played 15 league games for them. In the same year, he also played for Vegalta Sendai in Japan, appearing in 16 league matches.
Paulo Henrique also spent time playing in Hong Kong. From 2008 to 2010, he was part of the Fourway Athletics team. He played in the First Division League for them.
