Pedro Mata y Domínguez facts for kids
Pedro Mata Domínguez (born on January 17, 1875, in Madrid, Spain – died on December 27, 1946, in Madrid) was a famous Spanish writer. He wrote many different kinds of stories, plays, and poems. He was the grandson of another well-known writer, Pedro Mata Fontanet.
Pedro Mata's first novel, Ganarás el pan…, won an award from a magazine called La Ilustración Española in 1902. His most popular novel was Corazones sin rumbo (published in 1916). This book also received a special award from the Círculo de Bellas Artes, which is a famous arts club.
