Pedro "Teno" Pangelinan Tenorio (born April 18, 1934 – died May 21, 2018) was an important politician from the Northern Mariana Islands. He served as the Governor of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands twice. He was the second and then the fifth person to hold this important job.

Pedro Tenorio holds the record for being the longest-serving Governor in the history of the Northern Mariana Islands. He spent a total of 12 years in office, helping to lead the islands.
