Philip (born 1928 – died 14 April 2020) and Jane Baker (died 8 September 2014) were a husband-and-wife writing team from England. They were known as Pip and Jane Baker and worked mostly as television writers. They became famous for writing stories for the popular BBC science-fiction TV show Doctor Who.

The Bakers wrote four main stories for Doctor Who in the 1980s. These included The Mark of the Rani (1985) and parts of The Trial of a Time Lord (1986). The parts of The Trial of a Time Lord they wrote are also known as Terror of the Vervoids and The Ultimate Foe. Their last Doctor Who story was Time and the Rani (1987).
