Playa Grande is a lovely resort town in Uruguay. It's like a western neighborhood of the city called Piriápolis. You can find it in the Maldonado Department.
Where is Playa Grande?
This resort is located right on Route 10. It shares a border with the city of Piriápolis to its southeast. A small creek acts as a natural dividing line there. To the northwest, Playa Grande is next to another resort called Playa Hermosa.
