Pokémon the Series: XY Kalos Quest is the eighteenth season of the popular Pokémon animated series. In Japan, it's known as Pocket Monsters: XY. This exciting season first aired in Japan from November 2014 to October 2015 on TV Tokyo. In the United States, it was shown from February to December 2015 on Cartoon Network.

The story takes place in the amazing Kalos region. Our hero, Ash Ketchum, and his best friend, Pikachu, go on many adventures. Ash's main goal is to collect special Gym Badges. These keys are her ticket to the Pokémon Showcase Master Class.

The episodes were directed by Tetsuo Yajima. The animation studio OLM brought all the characters and Pokémon to life.

The Japanese opening songs were "Mega (Volt)" and "Mad-Paced Getter". The ending songs were "DreamDream" and "Roaring All-Stars". The English opening song is "Be a Hero".
