Cristalle Elaine Bowen (born July 1, 1980), known by her stage names Psalm One and Hologram Kizzie, is an American rapper. She comes from Chicago, Illinois. She has been part of music groups like Nacrobats, Rapperchicks, and Big Silky.

Early Life and Education
Psalm One, whose real name is Cristalle Bowen, was born on July 1, 1980. She grew up in the Englewood area of Chicago. She went to Whitney M. Young Magnet High School. Later, she studied chemistry at the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign.
Music Career
Psalm One started her music journey in 2001. She released her first studio album, The Death of Frequent Flyer, in 2006 with Rhymesayers Entertainment.
In 2010, she shared a series of free songs called Woman at Work on her website. She also released Child Support in 2012. This album was made with America Scores and ASCAP.
After that, she started a music education program called Rhymeschool. This program helped teach music.
Psalm One also uses another stage name, Hologram Kizzie. Under this name, she released Free Hugs in 2013 and Hug Life in 2014. In 2019, she released another album called Flight of the Wig.
