Rafael Lasso de la Vega Iglesias (born in February 1890 in Seville, Spain – died in 1959 in Spain) was a Spanish poet. He was also known by his special name, marqués de Villanova. He was part of a style of writing called modernism.
Rafael Lasso de la Vega worked with different poetry groups, including the creationist movement and the ultraist movement. He also helped with a magazine named Ultra. He lived in Florence, Italy, for many years. While there, he became friends with Italian poets who wrote in a style called hermetic poetry.
