Ramón Ismael Medina Bello (born 29 April 1966) is a famous former Argentine football player. People often called him El Mencho. He played as a striker, which means he was a forward player whose main job was to score goals. Ramón played for many clubs in Argentina and also in Japan.

Ramón Medina Bello was born in Gualeguay, a city in the Entre Ríos region of Argentina. He started his professional football journey in 1986. His first team was Racing Club de Avellaneda.
Playing for Top Clubs
In 1989, Ramón moved to one of Argentina's biggest clubs, River Plate. He played there for several years, until 1993. During this time, he became a key player and helped his team win important championships.
After his time at River Plate, Ramón went to Japan. He joined the Yokohama Marinos team in 1994. He played there until 1996, showing his skills in a different league.
In 1996, Ramón Medina Bello returned to River Plate. He continued to play for them, adding more success to his career. He later played for Talleres before retiring in 1999.
Later Career and Final Retirement
After a short break from football, Ramón decided to play again. From 2001 to 2004, he played for Dock Sud in Argentina's fourth division league. In 2005, he joined Juventud Unida. After playing there, he finally retired from professional football for good.

Ramón Medina Bello also played for the Argentina national team. He was part of the team that won the 1991 Copa América in Chile. This is a big tournament for national teams in South America.
