Reinersville is a small place located in Morgan County, in the state of Ohio in the United States. It is known as an unincorporated community. This means it's a group of homes and businesses that doesn't have its own official local government like a city or a town would.
A Look Back: Reinersville's History
Reinersville got its start a long time ago, in 1848. A person named Samuel Reiner planned out the community. He decided where the streets and lots would go. The place was then named Reinersville after him.
Later, in 1854, a post office opened in Reinersville. This was an important place for people to send and receive letters. The post office served the community for many years. It finally closed its doors in 1978.
