Rigby's Water World is a super fun water park located in Warner Robins, Georgia. It first opened its doors in 2018. The park has 17 exciting water slides and covers about 23 acres. There's even more space, about 90 acres, for the park to grow in the future! This park became very popular partly because it was mentioned in the TV show Regular Show.

What's Inside Rigby's Water World?

Rigby's Water World has 17 awesome water slides. It also has over 40 different water-play areas. There's even a special pool for adults with a cool three-tier waterfall.

This water park is one of the biggest in the state of Georgia. One of its most popular attractions is the Lazy River. This river is about 1,600 feet long and 15 feet wide. It holds almost 1 million gallons of water! Rigby's Water World officially opened on July 7, 2018. It featured a huge 750-gallon water bucket and lots of water gadgets for kids. Steve Rigby owns the water park. Building it was a big project that cost about $15 million.

Special Park Events

Temporary Closure in 2018

In August 2018, the park had to close for a short time. This happened because of a health concern. A child had a germ that can sometimes make people feel sick. The health department was told, and they started looking into it. A few days later, the park owner said the park was safe again. He said it was free of any water-related sickness.

Music Festival and Christmas Parade

Rigby's Water World has hosted other fun events too! In September 2019, the park held a rock and country music festival. Later that year, in December 2019, it was the end point for the 62nd Annual Warner Robins Christmas Parade.

How COVID-19 Affected the Park

In 2020, the park had to delay its summer opening. This was because of the COVID-19 pandemic. But Rigby's Water World still opened its summer season in June 2020.
