Rolv Helge Wesenlund (born September 17, 1936 – died August 18, 2013) was a famous Norwegian comedian, singer, and actor. He was also a writer and played the clarinet. People in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark loved his work.

Rolv Wesenlund was best known for playing the main character in the popular TV show Fleksnes Fataliteter. This show was a funny sitcom, which is a comedy series about everyday life. It was very popular in many Scandinavian countries. The show was based on a British series called Hancock's Half Hour.
His Career Beginnings
Rolv Wesenlund started acting on stage in 1964. He first appeared in a movie in 1966. His first TV show was Og takk for det in 1968. On this show and others, he often worked with Gunnar Haugan and Harald Heide-Steen Jr.. For many years, he also hosted his own talk show called Wesenstund.

Besides acting, Rolv Wesenlund wrote several books. He also directed plays for the theater. He cared a lot about older people and worked to help them.
