Roveena's Music Journey
Roveena went to the University of Waterloo. There, she learned to play the piano and how to create music.
Her music journey began in 2010. She started by sharing cover songs on YouTube. One popular cover was At Last by Etta James. Soon, she was invited to sing live on CITY TV's Breakfast Television show!
Roveena also got to sing the national anthem. She performed at exciting Toronto Blue Jays baseball games and NFL football games. In 2012, she showed her amazing talent on a TV singing competition called TVI’s Superstar. She made it all the way to the Top 10!
In 2016, Roveena worked with Lymphoma Cancer Canada. This organization helps people with a type of cancer called lymphoma. She became a special helper, or "Brand Ambassador," for them.
