Royce D. Applegate (born December 25, 1939 – died January 1, 2003) was an American actor and writer. He was born in Oklahoma. Many people remember him for his role as Chief Petty Officer Manilow Crocker. This was in the first season of the TV show seaQuest DSV, which was produced by Steven Spielberg.
