The Story of Sadler: How It Got Its Name
Sadler got its start a long time ago, in the year 1892. That's when a post office was opened there. A post office is a place where people can send and receive mail. The very first person in charge of this post office was a man named E. Garner Sadler. He was the postmaster, which is like the manager of the post office. The community was named "Sadler" in his honor, because he was the first postmaster there.
