Samina (river) facts for kids
The Samina is a fast-flowing river that runs through Liechtenstein and Austria. Over many years, this river helped create the beautiful Samina Valley.
It is about 17 kilometers (about 10.5 miles) long. Around 12 kilometers (7.5 miles) of the river flows through Liechtenstein, and the remaining 5 kilometers (3 miles) flows through Austria. The Samina is the second longest river in the small country of Liechtenstein. Eventually, the Samina River joins another river called the Ill River in a place called Frastranz.
