Sandra Glover (born December 30, 1968) is an American former track and field athlete. She was a fantastic runner who specialized in the 400-meter hurdles race.
Sandra won medals at the World Championships in Athletics. She earned a silver medal in 2003 and a bronze medal in 2005. She also represented the United States at the 2000 Summer Olympics. Sandra was the national champion in the USA for four years in a row, from 1999 to 2002. She also won five big races on the IAAF Golden League circuit during her career.
She holds the American record for athletes over 35 years old in the 400-meter hurdles. Her best time was 53.32 seconds, which she achieved at the 2005 World Championships in Athletics.
Sandra Glover went to the University of Houston. There, she competed for the Houston Cougars track team.
