Sauce Viejo is a city in the province of Santa Fe, Argentina. It is located about 22 kilometers (14 miles) away from Santa Fe, which is the capital city of the province.
In 2010, about 8,123 people lived in Sauce Viejo. This was a big increase! In 2001, only 3,631 people lived there. The city officially became a town on December 12, 1912. This happened because of a special law passed by the province.
