Music Career

Sebastiano Serafini, also known as "Seba," has been part of several music projects.

Early Bands and Collaborations

From 2011 to 2013, Seba was a member of the Italian visual rock band DNR (Dreams Not Reality). He played the keyboard and sang for the band. DNR performed at big events, like opening for Versailles in 2011 and playing at the V-Rock Festival in Saitama Super Arena. They were also the first non-Japanese band to perform at the Stylish Wave event in Akasaka BLITZ.

Seba also formed a band called Monochrome Hearts with Yu Phoenix from Cinema Bizarre. They released two singles: "Your Knight" in January 2013 and "When the Night Kills the Day" in July 2013.

In 2015, Seba joined the Japanese band Ecthelion as a "manipulator," which means he helped with the electronic sounds.

Solo Music and Albums

In 2014, Sebastiano released his song "Never Walk Alone." The music video for this song was styled by famous fashion director Misha Janette.

His solo debut single, "Fallen," came out on November 7, 2014. It quickly became number one on the iTunes pop German chart even before it was officially released! The music video for "Fallen" featured special appearances by Japanese artists. A new version of "Fallen" was released later that month. This song was also chosen as the theme song for the TV series Columns.

In March 2015, he released "Inori," which featured German violinist Max Reimer. Two music videos were made for this song. One was filmed on a beach in Naples, Italy, and the other had a historical Japanese theme, filmed at Toei Kyoto Studio Park. He then released another song called "I Bleed." Later that year, his song "Don't Say" featured actress Linah Matsuoka in its video. In October 2015, three more singles were released: "Akane," "Tsubasa," and a new mix of "When the Night Kills the Day." The video for "Akane" was special because it was the first time filming was allowed inside Buonconsiglio Castle.

In 2016, Sebastiano released several singles, including "Avalon" (January), "Escape to Infinity" (March), and "Higher" (April). All three music videos were filmed in Italy. He also released "Eclipse" in May and "Time for a Better World" in July. These songs were used as the soundtrack for an Italian anime called White.

In September 2016, he released two versions of "Higher" (English and Japanese) and a special collaboration for "Time for a Better World" where he wore the original costume from the Deadpool movie! He also released "Fighting Demons" with Dominic Pierson in July. In November 2016, Sebastiano released his album called "Aeon."

In 2017, he released the music video for "Trust the Light" and his 15th single, "Tornado." In March, he released the Japanese version of "Your Knight."
