William Reyna (born in 1984), known as Sensato or Sensato del Patio, is a rapper from the Dominican Republic. He grew up in New York City. Sensato is well-known for working with other Caribbean musicians. Some of these artists include Pitbull, Fuego, and Mozart La Para. He first became famous in 2010. This happened when he released the song "Watagatapitusberry" with Black Point and Pitbull.

Sensato's Music Journey
Sensato started his music career in 2008. His first album was called We Ain't Even Supposed 2 B Here. It came out in 2013 and had 14 songs. Five songs from this album were released as singles.
His first single, "Booty Booty", featured the Cuban-American rapper Pitbull. Another song, "Loca People", also featured Pitbull and Sak Noel. Sensato also released "Is This Love" with Papayo and Dynasty. He worked with Los Gambinos on the song "Ponte Sensato".
In August 2013, Sensato tried new music styles. He released "Remember", which was his first bachata song. Pitbull was also on this track. In the same month, he released his first salsa song, also called "Ponte Sensato", with Los Gambinos.
