Shiva Feshareki is a super talented British-Iranian artist. She is known for her unique music, which she creates as an experimental composer and a turntable artist. A turntable artist, also called a turntablist, uses record players (turntables) to create new sounds and music. Shiva was born in London in 1987. She studied music and earned a special degree called a Doctorate of Music from the Royal College of Music. In 2017, she won a big award called the Ivor Novello Award for Innovation, which used to be known as the British Composer Award. This award celebrates new and exciting ideas in music.
