Shorty McShorts' Shorts was a fun animated show on Disney Channel. It was an anthology series, meaning it showed different short cartoons. Each cartoon was about 4 to 5 minutes long. The show aired from July 28, 2006, to May 25, 2007.
About the Show
The host of the show was a character named Shorty McShorts. People often called him "Shorty" or "SMS." He wore a special hat with "SMS" on it. He also wore blue shorts and was like a train conductor for his own "Short Line."
Shorty appeared in ads for the show. He was also in the beginning and end of each cartoon. But he never actually showed up in any of the short stories themselves.
The show felt like a Saturday morning cartoon. The short films could easily have been their own mini-series. For example, the "Boyz on Da Run" shorts were a three-part story. Other episodes were also part of their own mini-series. This made it seem like more episodes could be made later.
