Sinan Tuzcu was born in Gaziantep, Turkey. He studied at Bilkent University in the Tourism Hotel Business department. Later, he followed his passion for acting and graduated from the theatre department of Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University.

After his studies, Sinan Tuzcu gained experience working at the Arcola Theatre in London. This gave him a chance to act in English-language productions. He even appeared in films like "The Net 2.0" and "Jack Hunter and the Quest for Akhenaten's Tomb."

In 2006, he played a main role in the operetta Ayşe. This was a special event because the show was performed for the first time in 60 years!
