Kazarion Fowler (born July 30, 1994), known as Skooly, is an American rapper. He is one of the people who started the rap group Rich Kidz in Atlanta. Skooly began his own solo music career in 2015. Since then, he has released many projects on his own. His newer music has been released through 2 Chainz's music label, T.R.U. His first album with T.R.U. was Baccwardfeelings, released in 2017.
Skooly's Music Journey
Starting Out in Music
Skooly started his rap career when he was 14 years old. In 2008, he helped create the group Rich Kidz with Kaelub Denson, also known as Huncho Kae. Their first mixtape, Money Swag, came out in 2009. A mixtape is like an album, but often released for free or promotion.
After releasing several mixtapes, Rich Kidz signed with Columbia Records in 2012. Skooly continued to make music with Rich Kidz. In 2015, he released his very first solo mixtape, called The Blacc Jon Gotti. This was a big step for him to make music on his own.
Joining 2 Chainz's Label
Also in 2015, Skooly joined 2 Chainz's music label, T.R.U. This stands for The Real University. Right after starting T.R.U., 2 Chainz released a mixtape called Tru Jack City. Skooly was featured on many songs on this mixtape.
Skooly kept releasing his own mixtapes in 2016. These included Trench Gotti and King Cosa. In 2017, he released his first official album, BAcCWArdFeELiNgS. This album featured other famous rappers like 2 Chainz and Young Thug.
His next release was an EP (Extended Play) called Don't You Ever Forget Me in February 2018. An EP is shorter than an album, usually with fewer songs. This EP only featured 2 Chainz. Skooly released his second album, Nobody Likes Me, in May 2020. He also released a mixtape called The Boy With the Bars in 2020.
