Suharno (born October 1, 1959 – died August 19, 2015) was a well-known Indonesian football coach. He was the manager for the football club Arema Cronus from November 2013 until he passed away in August 2015.

Playing Football
Suharno played football for 12 years. He started his career at a club called PS Banteng. He then played for other teams before finishing his playing days with Niac Mitra.
Coaching Football
Suharno started his coaching journey in 1988. He began as an assistant coach while still playing for Niac Mitra.
Early Coaching Roles
After his time at Niac Mitra, Suharno managed several other football clubs. These included Gelora Dewata, Arema Malang, Persikab Bandung, and Persema Malang. He gained a lot of experience leading different teams.
Coaching Gresik United
In August 2012, Suharno became the coach for Gresik United. He worked with the team for several months before leaving in February 2013.
Coaching Persibo Bojonegoro
Later in 2013, on July 27, he took on a new role as coach for Persibo Bojonegoro.
Coaching Arema Cronus
Suharno's last coaching job was with Arema Cronus. He became their manager in November 2013. He led the team until his death in August 2015. During his time with Arema Cronus, he helped them win the East Java Governor Cup in 2013 and the Indonesian Inter Island Cup in 2014/15.
