Sunny Suwanmethanont (Thai: ซันนี่ สุวรรณเมธานนท์) is a well-known Thai actor and model. He was born on May 18, 1981. Sunny is famous for his main role as Khaiyoi in the 2005 movie Dear Dakanda. For this role, he won the Best Actor award at the Kom Chad Luek Awards. He is also recognized for his parts in other popular films. These include I Fine..Thank You..Love You (2014) and Heart Attack (2015). His other notable movies are Brother of the Year (2018) and Happy Old Year (2019).

Sunny was born in Thailand. His father is Thai Singaporean, and his mother is French. He has an older brother and an older sister. Sunny went to Surasakmontree School in Bangkok. After that, he studied Communication Arts at Assumption University.

Sunny Suwanmethanont has won many awards for his acting. He received the Best Actor award at the Kom Chad Luek Awards in 2006 for Dear Dakanda. He also won the Actor in Leading Role of the Year at the Chalermthai Awards in 2013 for 7 Something. In 2015, he won Best Leading Actor at the Saraswati Royal Awards for I Fine..Thank You..Love You. He also won Best Film Actor at the Siam Dara Star Awards that same year. For his role in Heart Attack, he won several Best Actor awards in 2016. These included the Starpics Thai Films Awards, Bangkok Critics Assembly Awards, Daradaily The Great Awards, Suphannahong National Film Awards, Kom Chad Luek Awards, and Thai Film Directors Association Awards. In 2018, he won Best Film Actor at the Siam Dara Star Awards for Brother of the Year.
