Takuto Koyama (小山 拓土, Koyama Takuto, born December 27, 1982) is a former Japanese football player. He played in the midfield position. Koyama spent his career playing for several clubs in Japan, including JEF United Ichihara and Tokushima Vortis.

Takuto Koyama's Football Journey
Takuto Koyama was born in Tamba-Sasayama, Japan, on December 27, 1982. He loved football from a young age. After finishing high school, he started his professional football career.
Early Career at JEF United Ichihara
In 2001, Koyama joined JEF United Ichihara. This club played in the J1 League, which is Japan's top football league. Even though he was part of the team, he didn't get to play in many matches during his first few years, from 2001 to 2003.
Time with Tokushima Vortis
In 2004, Koyama moved to a new club called Otsuka Pharmaceutical. At that time, this club was in the Japan Football League. This league is a step below the J1 and J2 Leagues.
Even though he didn't play any games in 2004, his team had a great year. They won the championship! This win helped the club move up to the J2 League in 2005.
Becoming a Regular Player
Once Tokushima Vortis was in the J2 League, Koyama started playing much more. From 2005 onwards, he became an important part of the team. By 2007, he was a regular player. He often played as a left-side midfielder. However, his playing time decreased in late 2007 and even more in 2008.
Playing for Banditonce Kakogawa
In 2009, Koyama decided to move to a club closer to his hometown. He joined Banditonce Kakogawa. This team played in the Japanese Regional Leagues, which are local leagues. He played many games for this club over three seasons. Takuto Koyama retired from playing professional football at the end of the 2011 season.
