María Teresa Jiménez-Becerril Barrio was born on July 24, 1961, in Seville, Spain. She is a Spanish politician, a journalist, and a businesswoman. She worked as a Member of the European Parliament from 2004 to 2014.
In 2002, Teresa Jiménez-Becerril became the President of the Jiménez Becerril Foundation. A foundation is an organization that helps a specific cause. In 2009, she was chosen to be a Member of the European Parliament. She represented a political group called the Partido Popular. She was re-elected to the European Parliament in 2014.
