Teruaki Kurobe, whose full name is Kurobe Teruaki, is a former professional football player from Japan. He was born on March 6, 1978, in Anan, Tokushima. Kurobe played as a forward, which is a position in football focused on scoring goals. He had a long career playing for several clubs in Japan and even played for the Japan national team.

Starting His Professional Career
Teruaki Kurobe began his professional football journey in 2000. After finishing his studies at Fukuoka University, he joined a team called Kyoto Purple Sanga. This team was in the top Japanese league, the J1 League.
Rising Star at Kyoto Purple Sanga
In 2000, his team, Kyoto Purple Sanga, moved down to the second division, the J2 League. Many of the main players left the club. This gave Kurobe a chance to shine. In 2001, he became a regular player and helped his team.
In 2002, Kurobe played as a key forward. He teamed up with other great players like Daisuke Matsui and Park Ji-sung. Together, they helped Kyoto Purple Sanga win the Emperor's Cup. This was a very important win, as it was the club's first major championship title.
Moving to New Teams
After his successful time at Kyoto, Kurobe moved to Cerezo Osaka in 2005. He continued to play in the J1 League. In 2006, he joined Urawa Reds, another big club. With Urawa Reds, he achieved more success, winning the J1 League and another Emperor's Cup.
However, he didn't play as often at Urawa Reds or at his next club, JEF United Chiba, where he played in 2007.
Later Career and Retirement
In 2008, Kurobe moved back to the J2 League to play for Avispa Fukuoka. Here, he got more playing time and was an important part of the team. He then joined Kataller Toyama in 2010 and played there until 2013.
In 2014, Teruaki Kurobe decided to play football in Thailand. He joined a team called TTM Customs. After playing one season there, he decided to retire from professional football at the end of 2014.

Playing for Japan
Teruaki Kurobe also had the honor of playing for his country. He made his first appearance for the Japan national team on March 28, 2003. This game was against the Uruguay national team. He played a total of four games for Japan between 2003 and 2004.
