Get ready for more adventures with Bessie Higgenbottom! This is all about the second and final season of the cartoon show The Mighty B!. It first started airing in the United States on Nickelodeon on September 21, 2009. The very last episode came out on June 12, 2011.
Back in September 2008, the show was given the green light for a second season. This meant 20 new half-hour episodes were on the way! Episodes 21 through 27 were shown on Nickelodeon. The rest, episodes 28 to 40, aired on Nicktoons.
Brown Johnson, who was in charge of animation at Nickelodeon, was really excited about the show. She said that The Mighty B! was a huge hit and made their Saturday morning cartoons even better. She also mentioned that fans could look forward to seeing more of Bessie's unique and brave attitude. Bessie would keep chasing new badges to get closer to her big dream of becoming the Mighty B!
Cool Changes in Season 2
This season brought some fun updates to the show's look!
- The way the show was drawn and animated looked a bit different from the first season.
- Bessie's skin color was a little more tan this season.
- Bessie's hair looked more orange than before.
- Happy, Bessie's dog, had darker blue fur.
- Ben, Bessie's brother, had darker brown hair.
- All the characters' outlines, which used to be colored, were now black.
- Portia's eyes changed color to blue.
